July 1st, 2008 saw the official launch of the Motor Yacht A (AKA: Project SF99, Sigma).  The cost and owner are anyone’s guess, but the consensus is that it is yet another Russian Billionaire (we have confirmed with Roman Abramovich’s fleet management that it is not his yacht).  His two new ones are Luna (due 2009) and Eclipse (due 2010).

She is a unique design.  Many hate her, yet many love her.  Regardless of your opinion, you have to admit it is always a good thing when the mold is broken to expose the world to something new…
